Reporting to: Office Manager, Customer Service Manager & Directors
Job Description:
Working in the office area of the company, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the administration of company documents and customer orders whilst delivering a first-class customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be primarily responsible for carrying out the following duties:
?? Processing customer orders
?? Sending weekly reports to management
?? Scanning daily documents
?? Deal with general enquiries
?? General day to day duties, ensuring smooth running of office
?? Ordering Office stock
?? Contacting customers about any potential issues/ changes
?? Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls
?? Meeting and signing in visitors to site
?? Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email
SKILLS:
?? Co-operates and works well with others throughout the company, pursuing of team goals, sharing information and supporting others.
?? Have good awareness of what is happening around you in a changing, and sometimes pressured, environment.
?? Be able to receive instruction and carry out tasks accordingly.
?? Have excellent time management skills
?? Be very organised with the ability to multi-task
?? An excellent attention to detail
?? Be constantly mindful of ethical standards; both personally and professionally. You will need to demonstrate integrity, reliability and trustworthiness.
?? Can communicate effectively to all personnel, at all levels, ensuring your voice is heard and maintaining the respect of colleagues.
?? Can prioritise the workloads of both yourself and your team.
?? Flexibility and an ability to learn and adapt quickly are crucial
KNOWLEDGE:
?? Upon completion of training period, the successful must have acquired an excellent knowledge of all tasks and procedures that are performed throughout the facility and have an awareness of the impact your role has upon these.
?? Competent with use of a computer. Excellent Microsoft office skills are a necessary requirement.
?? You will also be required to learn industry specific software such as RJL.
?? Be highly competent at accurately completing paperwork.
Hours of Work:
?? Monday to Friday - 9.00 until 3pm
?? Rotational Saturday - 8.00am - 11.00am (Once a month) - Accrued hours given back as time in lieu
