Job Title Chef De Partie
Brassiere style large restaurant located on the Suffolk / Norfolk border are currently seeking a strong Chef De Partie to join this brigade with new Head Chef
This is a very exciting role for an individual who is looking for a long term career within a prestigious company that offer exceptional fresh locally sourced food & drink.
The Role:

Working under a renowned Head Chef who cares about his team, a chef that develops, mentors and trains chefs to a rosette level
*
Working a mixture of splits and straights this is a permanent role within a modern kitchen where you will be responsible for your section, we are looking for a CDP with good knife skills a chef with passion, commitment and a chef that cares about what food looks like on the plate.

The candidate will need to be passionate about food & wine, have good communication skills and be able to work as a integral part of this kitchen team

The basic salary will depend on experience but will be around GBP24 - 26k with tips added . This is a great opportunity to work within a beautiful setting, with a supportive head chef that can train and mentor you to the next level.
