Smart Solutions are delighted to be working with a international market leader in the Healthcare Industry, who are currently looking for a Sales and Purchasing Administrator to support the sales, purchasing & logistics team.

Salary: GBP21,000/year on a Temporary to Permanent contract.

Main Duties of the Sales and Purchasing Administrator:

* Follow and monitor the purchase orders until goods are delivered as per the order requirements.

* Produce and monitor supplier performances reports and take steps to rectify non-conforming suppliers.

* Resolve all invoice queries.

* Liaising with a wide range of people from customers, suppliers, colleagues and other team members .

* Resolve day to day customer queries on all products and orders, liaising with customer services.

Ideal Candidate Skills for the Sales and Purchasing Administrator:

* Strong Team player

* Experience of using MRP/ERP systems, knowledge of SAP would be beneficial

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Organised, Self-sufficient and Reliable

* Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and Procedures

* Ability to work to tight deadlines in an organised and methodical manner
