Our client is a highly successful accountancy practice, and they now need an enthusiastic candidate who would relish the opportunity to undertake NVQ qualifications and build a career in Administration. This role is within our client's global admin team and you will be supporting across the whole firm. We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in being highly organised and has strong attention to detail. This is a really varied role that requires a strong team player with a flexible attitude.
Your role:
Undertaking Reception duties, meet and greet as required;
Helping with on-line filing;
To check meeting rooms for tidiness / setting up for meetings
Ordering and maintaining adequate stocks of stationery
Supporting Directors and Partners when required
Facilities support
Webinar set up
Ordering refreshment supplies and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Making refreshments/ordering lunch for meetings as required
Filing
Other general admin tasks
The person:
Collaborative team player
Totally flexible attitude
Maths and English GCSE C or above equivalent
MS office skills
Good attention to detail
Highly organised
