ROLE:
As a Production Manager within the Waste Management and Plastics Recycling industry, you will be responsible for the following:
Keeping the site compliant with health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
Working to manage the day to day operation of their plastics recycling facility for post - industrial
Ensuring that all resources are utilised and respond to any problems immediately that may prevent this.
The successful candidates will have a hands - on approach and oversee the day to day running of the site.
You will ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
As the Production Manager you will work alongside the team leader to maximise the efficiency and productivity of the facility.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience as a Production Manager or similar is essential.
You will also have exposure within the Waste Management industry with an excellent understanding of plastics recycling.
You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in the written sense
