Our client has an exciting new Trainee Talent & Recruitment Partner opportunity based in their Altrincham team.

Trainee Talent & Recruitment Partner - The role:
We are currently looking to expand our team, and add somebody that can work as an all round talent partner and search consultant. You will work closely with senior members of the team to understand individual project requirements, help manage operational requirements in the business and more broadly develop your knowledge of the recruitment cycle.
You'll be given projects to work on from day one, identifying suitable candidates for our broad range of clients, working as a key component of the team internally to help develop business processes. In the longer term we're looking to develop your skillset so you have a full understanding of the end to end recruitment cycle and are capable of managing your own clients.
We are a company that is committed to developing people and investing in them for the long term, as such many of our staff have been with the business for many years. We have a fun and friendly office environment in Altrincham, which is a great place to work and live. - Support the existing team in the delivery of recruitment projects
- Use proactive search, online networks, plus phone-based research to identify candidates
- Help to deliver business projects around service improvement
The successful candidate will be engaging, energetic and a good communicator both verbally and written. Ideally you will have worked as a recruiter or HR professional potentially in an agency, search firm, recruitment outsource provider, or internal recruitment team.
