We are looking for a service driven Transport Account Manager to join the team here in Bradford on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a comparative salary.

Responsibilities as our Transport Account Manager will include:

- Managing SLAs by transport customer and advising on service interventions when SLAs are at risk

- Building strong relationships with existing customers and team

- Ensuring all invoicing is completed and accurate

- Managing customer queries through appropriate Customer Management tools

- Understanding customer operating models and advising on process changes to support customer needs

- Supporting with invoicing processes for customers

- Managing the claims processes for service failures

- Advising the operations team on service interventions to prevent service failures

Skills and experience required for a Transport Account Manager:

- Good understanding of the customer market

- Ability to contribute to broader business issues
