Llanover and Coldbrook Estate consists of a rural portfolio of residential, agricultural, commercial, forestry and sporting interests, situated on the outskirts of Abergavenny.
A new opportunity has been created for an Office Administrator. The position will suit an individual with previous experience in a professional office environment and be familiar with property management. This is a full-time position, working within a small team. Training will be given where necessary to assist with the varied duties, which include:
* Handle outgoing/incoming verbal and written correspondence.
* Prepare, format and issue high quality documents and reports.
* Liaison of reported repairs from tenants.
* Ensure legislation documents for properties are current and compliant.
* Prepare documentation associated with lease and licence renewals, rent reviews as instructed.
* Property portfolio administration and updating computerised records.
* Human resources administration.
* Maintain Health and Safety records.
* Support the estate bookkeeper with financial administration as required.
* All filing and administrative support as required.
* Assist with viewings/property inspections as and when required.
* Such other duties that may be required from time to time.
* Organise and service meetings including agendas, minutes and ensuring follow up action.
