Pepper UK is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK and we are currently looking for a Third Party Oversight Manager with proven experience in customer service and mortgage administration.

This position will work closely with Relationship Managers and Executives in all business areas to oversee new and existing third parties and ensure they are selected and managed in accordance with prevailing regulation, legislation, contracts, and policies.
This role involves supporting new procurement projects and existing supplier reviews, including audits of third parties as required to assess the control environment and adherence to contractual obligations, together with ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The candidate will also be required to drive the continuous development of the third party framework to ensure this remains fit for purpose. In addition, the Third Party Oversight Manager will also be responsible for overseeing PUK's Business Continuity program (acting as the Incident Manager in the event of a crisis) and tracking policy / manual updates.
Procurement / Supplier Management
- Support key managers to embed the third party framework.
- Facilitate the gathering of information to evidence third party compliance with legal, statutory, and contractual obligations.
- Support the business through procurement projects, providing best practice advice.
- Manage the third party database, ensuring all Relationship Managers are maintaining accurate and updated supplier records.
- Document and maintain required policies, manuals and procedures relating to third party management and outsourcing.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers across the business to discuss, document, identify and assist with the structured management of supplier relationships.
- Undertake / coordinate reviews of third parties as appropriate.
- Support Relationship Managers with the implementation of action plans to resolve any issues arising from reviews undertaken.
- Collect data and perform analysis to produce third party oversight, reporting to relevant stakeholders and committees.
BCP - Manage BCP Program for PUKL which includes:
- Acting as the Incident Manager in the event of a crisis and managing the flow of information in and out of the crisis management team. Maintaining accurate records throughout the crisis and assisting PUKL wherever needed.
- Manage the annual testing of the BCP plan in conjunction with IT.
- Keep the business updated through quarterly Governance meetings.
- Undertake regular review meetings with all third parties involved with PUKL's BC program.

Essential Skills
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of third party oversight management within Financial Services.
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Confidence in creating and analysing risk reports and policies.
- Ability to look beyond what is first presented, question and challenge to recognise risk and to effectively test and challenge controls to successfully recognise gaps and weaknesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, which enable open and collaborative working relations with all business areas (including senior management).
