Working as part of a development team, the .NET Developer will build and unit test changes to functions or features of existing applications as well as developing new capabilities on new technologies.

You will work within existing standards and practices, assuring quality is achieved throughout the lifecycle with minimum bugs and defects. You will also resolve bugs and defects both in the development lifecycle and those that occur in Production.

Responsibilities of our .NET Developer will include:

- Helping to build scalable and robust web and mobile applications

- Ensuring all code/design meet internal/external technical and information security standards

- Learning and following established best practice

- Working autonomously once up to speed with the technologies and development practices

- Achieving given priorities and proactively identifying next tasks

- Working with other members of the development team such as Front End Developers and Quality Assurance testers.

- C# Development in .NET

- Essentials of Web Development

- Sitecore Development

- Advanced Web Development using REACT

- Test Automation using Selenium and Specflow

- Designing Patterns

- Agile Software Development

- Writing Clean Code

- Appropriately understanding the technology and identifying appropriate patterns

- Contributing to and implementing new software frameworks

- Ensuring all Vitality products follow established best practice

- Supporting Development Managers with estimating and technical insights
