Retail Assistant- Bike Store - GBP18,000- GBP20,000 - Dartford

4 days a week between Monday to Sunday / Hours between 10am-8pm
I am currently recruiting for 2 people who have a PASSION for Cycling and fitness to join a well-known brand in a luxury bike store in Dartford to advice customers on different products and specifications. This isn't your average retail position- you will be in a highly consultative role, where the emphasis is to provide excellent customer service. Your new company are looking to join their work family and feel involved in every aspect of working for a branch in a small team. This is an ideal role to gain experience and work with a product you love!
Duties will include:
Recommending products to customers based on specifications
Offer technical advice
Provide pre and post-sale guidance
Keeping the showroom clean and tidy
The ideal candidate for this role;
A passion for cycling and bikes is the most important thing!
Retail or Customer Service experience
Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track-record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
