We are looking for a solid all round Engineering Manager who has experience and knowledge of managing all functions including Production Engineering, Tool Room, Project Management and New Product Development to ensure that all production processes work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and develop the team to allow for smooth and efficient production operations

* Provide value engineering

* Take the lead role in new product introductions

* Make recommendations for cost reduction opportunities

* Create SOP's

* Making tooling recommendations

* Generate and maintain manufacturing date, part numbers and BOM's

* Report creation to justify new equipment, techniques and processes

* Create and implement new KPI's where needed

* Management and leadership of the teams to ensure successful delivery at a constant high level

* Drive forwards the continuous improvement message site wide

* Work in partnership with QA/RA teams where required

* Manage and lead on special projects

* Ensure strict Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
