Training Co-ordinator
As a Training Co-ordinator you will coordinate and sell courses for the training arm of an established Company within the construction sector
Salary - GBP25,000 to GBP35,000 plus bonus
You will take ownership of this part of the business and there is a great opportunity to reap the rewards if successful.
Duties will include.
Booking new clients onto NPORS and CITB courses and responsibility for managing and coordinating all training programs
Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing information and selling appropriate courses.
Collate feedback from trainers and trainees after each session.
Maintain updated training records.
Communicating with clients to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals.
You will be the central point of contact for all business enquiries and client requests relating to the Training services.
Manage online and telephone booking systems, respond to incoming queries.
Be the first point of contact for trainers for programmes and manage the relationship between training companies and learners
About you:
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and play an active and supportive role.
Ability to produce reports and statistics
Strong verbal and written communication
You may have been a Bookings Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Sales Executive
Background you may come from : Construction, Demolition, Waste Management, Aggregates, Mining, Quarrying
