Location: Swindon M4 Corridor with frequent UK travel and within the EU

Role overview:
Our client is an international fulfilment business currently operating in 6 countries. Due to rapid growth our client is now looking for a UK& EU Account Manager who is dynamic forward thinking and really wants to get on well within a multi-faceted company with amazing prospects.
About the role:
The UK&EU Account Manager will be responsible for customer success and sales within the UK and EU. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships of all existing accounts and developing new business. You will be based remotely, ideally on M4 corridor to visit existing customers and close to Heathrow for EU travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing existing client relationships and providing world class customer service
* Processing customer orders within a 30 minute SLA
* Managing the processes within the supply chain and keeping the customer informed at all times
* Travelling to visit customers both UK and Europe
* Implementing and streamlining new processes to ensure efficiency within the business
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
* Previous experience within customer service
* Good IT and technical skills
* Willing to travel around the UK and EU
* Flexible and Adaptable
* Currently has a home office set up, as your own computer equipment will be required
