An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/ Team Administrator to support at Director level covering maternity leave, the role is based at our Head Office in Andover.
The role will involve providing support with day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, diary management, maintaining reports as well as general administration and support to the wider team. This varied role suitable for someone has previously supported in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, organisational skills with a flexible approach to working, able to prioritise business needs to meet the end goal.
Responsibilities
* To act as the initial point of contact.
* Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Day to Day administration support.
* Maintain data-bases and spread sheets as required and produce reports accordingly.
* Process Director credit card expenses.
* Contractor and contract management.
* Process department overtime.
* Track department holiday and highlight any trends.
* Coordinate the induction process for new employees.
* Assist in the coordination of work experience placements.
* Support Directors and Managers with annual budget activity.
* Processing clothing and safety orders for the product development department.
* Control of safety log documentation and minute taking for meetings.
* Organising travel and accommodation for Directors and Managers.
* Distributing incoming mail.
* Stock control and expenditure of stationary items.
* Control of online department spaces.
* Processing and logging invoices and financial expenditure.
* Provide any ad-hoc administration support to the Directors and the department as required.
