Their Recruitment Team plays a pivotal role in helping them to resource their business to achieve this and they are currently looking for Recruitment Analyst to join their In-house Recruitment Team.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager your key responsibility will be to collate, manage, analyse and report on all data related to the efficient delivery of high a volume recruitment function. This information must be accurate to monitor delivery against objectives and inform strategic decision making

Some of your key accountabilities as a Recruitment Analyst will be to:

Provide regular reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis across a range of activity from vacancy management and recruitment KPIs through to PSL performance management data
Collate and interpret data from various sources, including the Applicant Tracking (ATS) and HR systems, and convert into useable summaries of management information in a range of outputs, for example, graphical or numerical

Research and interrogate complex data and produce accurate, informative dashboards for the Recruitment team to monitor and inform progress against objectives
Manage the efficient use of recruitment ATS and the ongoing system enhancements
Accurately record recruitment budget transactions, administering purchase orders, invoicing, cross-charging
Provide recruitment market analysis to support the Recruitment Business Partners and Recruiters in building diverse candidate pools for current and future recruitment needs

To be successful in this role will be an experienced Analyst used to operating in an HR/Recruitment function. You must be highly proficient in using Excel and other Microsoft packages with the ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
