Job title: Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Location: Slough
Salary: GBP20,000
Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent contract

Our client in Slough are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the business including; scheduling engineers, providing customer service via the phone and emails, data entry, filing and scanning.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work. We're looking for a motivated, team player who is looking for join a fun and friendly team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Schedule engineers' diaries on a daily/weekly basis
Initiating callout requests and liaising with engineers
Completing administration tasks as required
Processes PO's on in house systems
Responding to customer emails
Taking customer calls
Data entry
What we are looking for:

Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment with strong multi-tasking skills
Effective and confident communication skills
Highly organised and productive
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
