Job Title: Kitchen Domestic (3 Month Rolling Contract)
Salary: GBP9.30 p/h
Location: (B23) Perry Tree Centre, Birmingham
Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the kitchen assistant to provide a meal service to our service users.
* Take responsibility in the absence of the kitchen assistant.
* Have a good understanding of food safety regulations.
* Take responsibility for the cleanliness of the Kitchen.
* Support with the ordering of supplies and stock rotation.
* Complete necessary forms when required.
* Undertake any necessary training when required for the post.
Skills & Abilities
* Experience working in a catering/kitchen environment.
* Experience working with adults/older people with a disability or mental health needs.
* Knowledge or Health and Safety and food hygiene standards set by Environmental Health.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An Enhanced DBS with Adults Barring List Check is required for this role.
