We are currently representing a thriving and exciting food company. The company need an aspirational and driven person who can manage a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain excellence through the company's rapid and continuous growth.
About the role
The company are looking for an operations manager that can shape and mould the site. They are determined to bring someone in who is passionate, and career driven. You will oversee a small team and be accountable for ensuring the health, safety and management of all staff, while being able to cater to specific orders, keeping on top of stocks and production with a hands-on approach. In addition to this, you would need to ensure that all processes are being ran smoothly.
(The role will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
Who are we looking for?
You will have prior experience in production, warehouse or despatch within the food sector. Ideally management or supervisor experience but, this is not essential. Any candidates who have experience within direct-to-consumer processes would be looked upon favourably.
Salary Details
In return for meeting the criteria, the successful candidate can expect a salary of GBP28,000 - GBP35,000, dependent on experience.
