Restaurant Manager Vegan Restaurant, Cambridge, GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 plus tips & Overtime
At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Restaurant Manager to join their brand new second restaurant.
My client are successful restaurateurs looking for a Restaurant Manager to support the owners in the running of what will be a busy destination business based in Cambridge. The clients format is based on small plate sharing tapas dishes as well as a mix of large pate dishes
My client will invest in you from day one and with their backing you will be coached and trained to run the business following their procedures
As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Owner and Head Chef to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 15 Front of House Staff catering to over 1000 covers a week as well as managing a range of private events functions. You will ideally have a good understanding of vegan cuisine & small plate tapas dining as well as being an excellent people person, to be able to sell the menu to your guests, however full training will be provided.
As well as a great salary of up to GBP32,000, plus tips, this role offers overtime, great tips (GBP5000-GBP8000) an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, , as well as a great training and development package then please apply to Jonathan at our Select Cambridge office
