Customer Service Agent
An exciting opportunity to join an award winning retail bank with new offices opening in Reading. As a Customer Service Agent you will play a key role in enhancing the reputation of an innovative and exciting new concept in online banking and mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service
* Help customers service their mortgage and loan accounts, whether over the phone or by email
* Take ownership of customer queries and respond within SLAs
* Complete all aspects of business administration on customer service accounts
* Ensure all actions and activities are completed within your area follow policy/procedures and regulatory guidelines
* Ensure all financial crime and anti-money laundering related policies and procedures are followed at all times
Skills & Experience:
* Experience working in a customer service environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Must thrive in a fast moving, customer centric, ever changing environment
* Organised and structured
* Has the ability to manage your own workload and capable of meeting deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
