System and Stock Coordinator

Location: Fox's Biscuits, Yorkshire

Salary: Competitive

Duration: 12 month contract

We have a 12 month contract for a Stock and Systems Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Batley at one of the UK's most loved brands, Fox's Biscuits; makers of the Party Ring, Chunkie Cookies, Chocolatey, Fabulously and many more.

This is an exciting time to join Fox's Biscuits as we are growing and we've also recently joined the global confectionery business - Ferrero!

The System and Stock Coordinator will co-ordinate stock across the Fox's supply chain by reconciling stocks at 3rd Party storage facilities, highlighting, investigating and correcting anomalies to ensure maximum stock availability to fulfil Customer orders. They will be a SAP key user for Logistics related processes to include Stock Transfers, 3PL stock reporting, interface management, physical stock counting, movements between Fox and 3PL. They will also manage stocks and system integration between Fox's and Third Party Suppliers including preparation and assistance for internal and external audits providing statistical analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar stock management or planning position ideally within either a Manufacturing, FMCG or retailer environment. They will have excellent administration and time management skills, along with good IT systems experience (ideally SAP experience). They role is a mixture of on site at the bakery and home working, along with supply visits to conduct audits, therefore the candidate needs to be flexible on occasion regarding working hours. They will also have excellent communication and business partnering skills.

This is where you come in???

As the System and Stock Coordinator you will maintain accurate stock records ensuring all stock levels across each site are accurate and maintained to a high standard. You'll complete all adjustments in a timely manner, following pre-determined processes authorising adjustments.

You will be responsible for monthly stock meeting with external storage facilities, auditing perpetual counts and adjustments, reporting outcomes. Along with system checks for any failed messages between external facilities and SAP, correcting errors on a daily basis.

You'll also complete weekly process to reconcile invoiced movements and stock holding. Adherence to scheduled stock audits across 3 external sites and support the wider Logistics team notably Customer Services on all stock and system discrepancies.

About you

* Experienced SAP user ideally with knowledge of Fox process

* Good organisational skills and able to hit deadlines

* General business & supply chain knowledge.

* Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

* Ability to liaise at all levels both externally and internally.

* Continually challenge processes with a view to improve through systems

* Strong problem solving skills
