Our client is a well established, reputable and fast paced food manufacturing organisation.
They are looking to appoint a Hygiene Manager to add to their established team.
Hours of work would be 5 days out of 7 per week, full-time. Start time 5pm until finish (approx. 1-2am).
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring overall hygiene standards are maintained
* Managing a team of hygiene operators
* Creating rotas and signing off holidays
* Carrying out investigations into poor hygiene or failed micro results
* Carrying out internal audits
* Carrying out micro sampling and ATP sampling
* Submitting micro samples on digital system
* Carrying out training of operators to cleaning card
* Creating and managing hygiene card and cleaning instructions
* Managing Health and Safety of hygiene staff
* Looking at deep clean down and supporting the stripping down and cleaning of machinery
* Carrying out regular titration testing on chemical dosing
* Stock count and ordering chemicals on a weekly basis
* Set a good example to all other employees in both manner and conduct
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks that are required as part of the needs of the business
