One of our partners that we are working with exclusively have reached out to us again to help them find a Production Manager to join their growing business.
This company is in the Mechanical Handling sector and has done an incredible job growing the business through the pandemic and has set itself some very exciting goals for the future by assembling a strong management team.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in:
Working with Projects and Engineering team to make sure right solutions are offered to the customer and manufacturing process.
Managing NCR and Change Requests raised the production process.
Ensure all testing and inspection is completed before despatch
Manage Production Planning
Looks after budget and costs effectively in respect of the Planning process
Mechanical Engineering knowledge with experience/understanding of fabrication/welding/manufacturing processes
Experience of Lean/5S and NEBOSH
