Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Pub
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary: Circa GBP38,000 Per annum
My client is a market leading Pub Company who has several exceptional upmarket venues across the UK and are continuing to grow! They thrive in delivering the highest levels of Customer/Guest service with a strong emphasis on ensuring both guests and staff have the best possible experience.
They're currently on a very exciting Recruitment drive and looking to add in an enthusiastic, ambitious, and knowledgeable Deputy General Manager to drive the Bar & Restaurant operations forward through; Team motivation, development & support, driving profits and much more!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist General Manager in day-to-day operations
Beer and cellar management
Restaurant Management
Awareness working off a P&L & driving sales and business
Staff training, development, and retention
ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
maintaining statistical and financial records.
Understanding stock management & ordering
Confident customer engagement skills
