Position
We are looking for a customer focused team-player to join the busy Bodyshop department at our Accident Repair Centre at yeovil Ford in Somerset.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator face to face and over the telephone, with excellent admin, IT and organisation skills
The role involves meeting customers, taking details about their vehicles, liaising with insurance companies and working with the Accident Repair Team to ensure a fantastic customer experience
Ability to plan and work to tight deadlines a distinct advantage
Requirements
A confident, outgoing personality
Computer literacy
Experience using MS Excel and other MS office
A polite and well-spoken telephone manner
A positive and driven approach to work
Ability to communicate effectively via different channels; e-mail, telephone and written.
Ability to work on own initiative at times
