Desktop Support Engineer - NIGHT SHIFT/Inside IR35 - Northampton & Remote
Desktop Support Engineer for a leading based in Northampton. My client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to come on board to support a Desktop refresh programme.
The hours for this assignment are 9:30PM - 6:30AM, Monday - Friday
Inside IR35/Umbrella - GBP200 - GBP220 per day (all inclusive) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.
Key skills:
- Desktop Support experience
- O365 experience
- Experience providing support to user queries/problems
- VMware or Citrix
- Network troubleshooting
- Exchange
- Office 365 administration
- Bespoke software such as WMS (warehouse management)
- Scanners/remote print issues
- Experience escalating issues to second line support teams in past roles
- Good experience surrounding MS Office 365 Windows, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server
- Strong overall knowledge of the MS technology stack
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
