Cleaner - Summer Travel

Want a job where you get to travel the country and earn money? Here at Ametros, we are looking for hard-working, motivated people to become part of our cleaning operations teams. With sites across the country, we need people who are wanting to travel as part of a cleaning team and stay on sites where they will be working.

Travelling throughout the country, moving from one workplace to another throughout the summer, accommodation and free transport is always provided.

You will be tasked with cleaning all parts of the student accommodation - rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

The teams are headed by a supervisor, whose job is to assist and ensure the quality standard of cleaning and supported by regional management where any issues arise.

START DATE 05/07/21

Duties

• To provide the highest level of cleaning in line with Ametros' standards and the client's specifications, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Packing and removing rubbish, reporting and returning suspected left belongings.
• Reporting deficiencies or repairs required.
• Manual handling, packing and moving equipment from one workplace to another.
• Responsible behaviour while staying on customers premises, during and after work.
• Working in line with company Health and Safety, Environmental and other policies.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• Previous experience in a cleaning/housekeeping setting.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
• Team player qualities.
