The job:
Job Title: Sales Force Efficiency (SFE) Specialist

Position Location: Inchinnan, Scotland or Northern UK - Remote

As the EMEA Sales Force Efficiency (SFE) you will be focused on maximizing the sales team performance through improved use of mobility tools, analytics, new sales processes, and CRM systems to accelerate sales growth. This role will involve working closely with the BPD (Bio-production Division) EMEA Sales Leadership team, Global CRM Team and internal functions on building the operational best practices, and then training the Sales Teams on how to apply this more effective way of working.

What you will do:
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify tools, knowledge and skills gaps across the companyand conduct ongoing needs assessments. Involved in developing the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) roadmap in alignment with the overall Commercial strategy
  • Ensure adequate alignment on SFE strategy between Commercial Leaders and Global teams
  • Strengthen our Sales Processes for the division e.g. adherence to RACI, Analytics provision,???
  • Subject matter expert in sales process related to SalesForce.com
  • Ensure data flow and lead generation is flowing and syncing correctly across platforms.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to coordinate product trainings and cross-functional efforts
  • Drive Mobility (e.g. iPad) tool use across Sales ; ensure support functions develop sales tools with mobility in mind
  • Strengthen the Marketing - Sales Lead Gen process
  • Leverage our data to manage metrics, identify KPI's and help sales market data based decisions
  • Follows PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business System best practice on processes
  • Supporting the wider teams in EMEA (LSG SFE and Sales Operations functions) and BPD Global as required
How will these be achieved? Include day to day activities
  • Work closely with SFD team to coordinate Training Calendar and Roadmap
  • Support & maintain the training platform, liaise with Subject Matter Experts to maintain training content.
  • Upskill on new products through liaising with TSS/Global PM's
  • Deliver weekly Gaining Advantage Through Learning (GATL) content, Pulse articles to all BID Teams
  • Deliver New Hire On Boarding on a quarterly basis
  • Partner with Sales Leaders on attending all Sales meetings, Customer Events to train teams and support customer
  • Review performance metrics and target training across Sales Teams
  • Significant travel will be needed across EMEA
Who we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Commercial experience preferably in a data analyst capacity
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IT/ Engineering/Science or related field
  • Strong system & analytical skills e.g. SF.com
  • Strong people skills (Training experience)
  • Process Improvement experience or certification
  • Understanding of the Life sciences market

  • Experience with MS PowerBI would be a plus
