Due to a surge of growth and several new client wins, we are recruiting an Account Manager to join our experienced team. As a central part of client services, you'll stay close to your own clients and work in partnership with them daily; to brief, plan and manage results-driven marketing, creative, comms and media campaigns. You'll be managing over a dozen clients, which could include the likes of Vodafone, Hermes, Jaguar LandRover and Iceland.
There's loads of variety and autonomy, you certainly won't be pigeonholed or micro-managed. No two days are ever the same, not even close. One day you could be managing a video shoot, the next running online focus groups.
Your focus and responsibility will be to:
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns (online, broadcast, social, outdoor, radio etc.)
- Research, recommend and liaise with the media/publishers
- Support the client partners with high profile project work
- Provide great client service across all accounts
- Work closely with our creative team on creative projects
- Ensure client retention and account development by building strong client relationships
- Become an intrinsic and key part of the client services team.
To be successful here, you'll be an experienced Account Manager with a good understanding of modern advertising and marketing, either from a related degree course or recent work experience. A recruitment, resourcing, HR or talent acquisition background would be all the more beneficial. You can work at pace, to deadlines and juggle multiple projects at any one time.
It's important that you're driven, pro-active and are willing to learn. And there's a lot to learn. But we have an incredibly experienced team who'll help you develop your knowledge and skills - supporting you every step of the way. You'll bring excellent time management, close attention to detail, organisational and concise communication skills.
