Salary: GBP9.40 up to GBP11.70 per hour including night shift and freezer premiumStarting rate - GBP9.40 per hourFreezer premium for all hours worked - plus GBP0.80 per hourNight shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus GBP1.50 per hourPerformance based incentives available when targets are metOvertime paid at basic x 1.25 Pick and Pack: Picking and packing customer orders into totes. Nights Shift - 19:00 to 05:00You will be working any 4 days from 7, which will include working weekends. Despatch: Frame loading up to 18kg totes from spur lanes into frames, loading customer orders into the delivery vans and de-kitting the returned assets. Nights Shift - 21:00 to 07:00You will be working any 4 days from 7, which will include working weekends. Inbound: Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting the products into totes. Nights Shift - 20:00 to 06:00You will be working any 4 days from 7, which will include working weekends. Freezer: Picking and packing customer orders into totes in conditions that have temperatures below -25???. Nights Shifts - 19:00 to 05:00You will be working any 4 days from 7, which will include working weekends. All areas of the warehouse (except the freezer) have both ambient and chill (0 to 5???) sections and you will be expected to work in both areas.The role of a warehouse operative requires you to be on your feet and mobile at all times as well as carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights and moving up to 70kg trolleys.We will provide you with the correct PPE.All roles within the warehouse will require you to handle meat and alcohol.
