We have ambitious plans to deliver a memorable and proactive service to anyone engaging with Mind. Our unrivalled service will support our three-year fundraising objective; increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33%.

As part of Income & Operation, in Minds Supporter Relations team, you will be responsible for accurate banking, thanking and reconciliation of all fundraising income, ensuring that supporters stewarded appropriately and made to feel valued.

The role is varied and fast-paced - efficiency, accuracy and teamwork are at heart of this role and it will require someone who is energetic and well organised.

You will be required to work with the Income & Operations Officers to implement improvement processes to ensure we are delivering an excellent service, every time.

Working closely with the Supporter Care team you will be responsible for and carrying out daily administrative tasks which are essential to our fundraising stewardship, such as ensuring fundraising materials are sent in a timely manner.

You will need:

  • Experience of and passion for, delivering excellent customer care
  • Experience in cash/donation processing, in accordance with relevant policies and procedures Experience in handling, processing and manipulating large volumes of data, on a variety of difference programs and platforms, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience in using your own initiative to identify and solve problems

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
