Your future duties and responsibilities • You will analyse and document customer requirements for enhancements to existing systems as well as new systems• You'll also analyse, design and build, unit test and document new modules adhering to set departmental standards• You'll advise other members of the team/department on technical issues, provide consistently reliable estimates to their Manager as well as weekly progress updates, highlighting any issues as they occur.• You'll provide second-line support to users of applications and enhancements that the team has delivered.• You'll ensure that the customer knowledge base is kept up to date with the team's knowledge and technical issues resolution Required qualifications to be successful in this role • You'll be across the latest developments in software development using web based technologies, primarily, PL/SQL, SQL and Oracle Webforms 11g/12c, Oracle RDBMS 10g/11g/12c, Linux, Oracle Weblogic 11g/12c• You'll have proven experience of working on full project lifecycle using Waterfall and/or Agile SCRUM development methodologies• Ideally you will have some knowledge of the insurance sector and insurance systems, although not necessary• Most importantly, you will be seeking the opportunity to learn and develop skills and bring fresh ideas to the team#IND #LINE14#INDCGI Build your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
