WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? The IT team support a range of businesses within the group and across 600 sites, with approximately 50 employees in this area of the business and over half being in software development. The .NET Software developer will help build secure and high performing internal C# applications utilising best practices.

The development managers and directors are advocates of listening to the teams so you will have the option to work across different products and technologies or if you are happy working on the same product that is perfectly acceptable. The organisation also encourage training and career plans for all team members.

Which Software Developer skills you would need to demonstrate to secure such a great position:
* Strong C# Skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Solid experience of working with Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience of web application development using C# and ASP.NET

Cherry on top skills from the .NET Software developer but not essential:

* Understanding/experience of WPF

* Experience of working within an Agile software development methodology.
