About the role

Please note: This role is being offered on a Contract basis. We have 3,6,9 and 12 month Contracts available.

 

We are currently seeking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre team. The role is the first point of contact for our customers, and you can look forward to having rewarding, problem solving conversations with customers every single day.  This is a key role in leading our company-wide drive to deliver customer service excellence, if you have what it takes to help us deliver then we want to hear from you.

 

This is a home based role, but you need to be based around West Midlands / Worcester areas. 

 

We are looking for someone who has skills and experience of:

  • Working in a customer focused environment dealing with enquiries on the telephone.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • You will have a commitment to getting it right first time by resolving queries professionally and competently.
  • You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds, and be able to deal with sensitive situations.
  • You will need confidence, humour and the ability to help diffuse difficult conversations.
  • Basic understanding of the practical workings of building maintenance.
  • Flexibility to working hours to meet business demands
  • At least one years’ experience of customer service focused work in either a face to face or customer service telephony environment
