Our Customer Operations are looking for talented and enthusiastic Insurance Consultants to join our busy team responsible for contacting customers to discuss the renewals of their Endsleigh policies, using their trusted expertise and excellent communication skills to retain customers.

When you join us as an Insurance Consultant, we'll provide you with the full training and support needed to become an expert across our range of products.
You'll spend your time speaking to customers on the phone or via Web Chat, assessing their needs and using your trusted expertise to convert inbound sales opportunities.
We are looking for full time Insurance Consultants who will work a 37.5 hour week (plus opportunity to work overtime) Monday-Friday with a potential need for some Saturdays, on a shift pattern basis.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
Due to fluctuations in customer calls during this period the hours you work will be an average of 37.5 per week, some weeks you may work less hours and other weeks you may be required to work slightly more. You will however be required to work for 2 full-time weeks upon joining to undertake training.
We want to deliver exceptional service and ensure our customers feel valued when they contact Endsleigh. We're therefore looking for enthusiastic, confident and engaging individuals who enjoy talking to people and building rapport.
You don't need any advanced sales experience or insurance knowledge, as we offer a comprehensive training scheme that will teach you everything you need to know. You will however be comfortable with answering in-bound calls, and working in a sales based environment, towards structured targets. We also require candidates to have a strong level of literacy skills in order to ensure clear communication with customers over Web Chat.
You'll need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with at least 5 GCSE's at A - C grade (or equivalent on the new grading system), this must include at least a C in both English and Maths.
