We are looking to recruit an experienced ICT Mobile Analyst for a 12 month contract on a part time basis working 3 days per week to provide a first-class front-line service to colleagues on network, application and device support, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of tickets within agreed service levels.

Primarily based out of our Tewkesbury office, you will be responsible for building and configuring devices for new starters and existing colleagues, as well as diagnosing and co-ordinating repairs with Third Party Suppliers. You will also visit our offices and schemes as and when necessary to assist with networking, printers or device issues, providing instructions on the use of ICT devices and actively promote the service desk and ICT self service area in all forms of interaction. You will also be covering the Service Desk when needed, where you'll be handling tickets raised via the self-service portal and over the telephone, reassuring colleagues, finding solutions and providing excellent customer service.

You will need to resolve incidents and service requests within published SLA's, ensuring all details of the issue or request are captured correctly and to the right quality, ensuring established processes are followed and records are kept up to date.

You are encouraged to continually look for ways to improve the service, identify efficiencies in processes and updating knowledge to ensure the team are able to continue to provide the expected level of service, as well as thinking creatively and sharing good practice with colleagues. You will support and encourage fellow ICT service desk analysts to help meet their support goals.

As an ICT mobile analyst you will have:

Strong service desk experience with excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Microsoft products and devices with a strong customer focus
Strong experience in working in a similar role, troubleshooting connectivity and hardware issues
Understanding of Incident/Problem/ Change Management and Configuration Management processes - preferably to ITIL V4 Foundation standard
Active Directory / Exchange Management Console experience
Quick thinker, problem solver and very adaptable to change
Own car and clean driving licenseClosing date for applications is 1st July with interviews taking place w/c 5th July
