Are you a Production Manager looking for a new role? Are you experienced delivering production, HS and efficiency targets in a Plastic Injection Moulding environment? Are you confident in managing a production team to deliver OTIF to automotive and general engineering customers?
Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Plastic Injection Moulding business for a new role of Production Manager due to the expansion of the business. As the ideal candidate you will be confident in both the man management and technical challenges of injection moulding and focused on driving shop floor efficiencies.
The role will involve:
Working closely with the management team to deliver planned production targets
Working to improve quality with a drive to reducing scrap and waste
Championing Continuous Improvement across the production unit
Work on production efficiencies by improving SOP , technical output of machines and workflow
Managing the Team and Shift Leaders to achieve their targets
Improve housekeeping and 5S
Champion HSE policies to achieve a safe and sustainable work environment
