Receptionist - Temporary Role, Ipswich
Are you available to begin a new temporary role immediately? I am recruiting a temporary 3 month Reception role with a great local business in Ipswich. Must have previous Reception or Administrative experience in order to be suitable for this requirement.
Duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors and managing the switchboard
Taking messages for internal and external personnel
Distribution of incoming faxes and emails and the preparation of sending post
Responding to general email enquiries or forwarding on to the relevant contact
Creation and checking of invoices and credits
Checking haulier invoices and elevating queries
Scanning and filing alongside general ad-hoc administrative dutiesTraining on the switchboard system will be provided, previous Reception or Administrative experience is required for this role.
Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm
GBP10 per hour, weekly pay
3 Month assignment
