The Mansion, Roundhay Park, Leeds - full driving licence essential
You will join our small team, led by the Group Executive Chef and based at the Mansion in Leeds.
You will be responsible for the delivery of consistently high-quality food to Weddings & Events at this and other landmark venues, from Rise Hall in East Yorkshire, Howsham Hall in North Yorkshire, Sefton Park Palm House in Liverpool and external events, including Marquee weddings and events in client's homes and offices.
This position requires a full UK driving license and the confidence to prepare, pack, load and drive to an event.
Your experience and ability to influence both the quality of food and the bottom line will be reflected in the salary offered.
Key requirements include:
* Experience of using a hands-on approach to support a team in a highly professional, positive and inspiring manner
* 3 years Sous Chef level experience with a UK leading Conference & Banqueting operation or high quality Event Catering company
* A passion for excellence in the creation and service of beautiful food and the ability to innovate on menu development
* Have a passion, ability and drive to deliver outstanding food to the highest standards of presentation
* Planning, organizing and prioritizing the preparation and service of food to agreed working schedules and timescales.
