At the moment, well, probably for the rest of this year, this will be home based.
But when things get back to normal(ish), you'd be expected to be in the office in Manchester at least 1 or 2 days a week. Their office is walking distance from the Sir Ralph Abercromby (best pub in Town) so if it was me, I'd be on site towards the back end of the week???
Anyway, we've just partnered with an already established, but rapidly growing Digital Agency in the heart of Manchester. Unlike many others, their income has increased over the last few months and they've got a pipeline of projects which should see them through the next 18 months at least - hence them recruiting.
They do utilise contractors sometimes, although right now their looking for a permanent Umbraco Developer to join their ranks.
For now, I see the role paying circa GBP55,000-GBP60,000, DOE, but they could be flexible for the right person and I'd envisage this to grow as your time there increases.
You'd be able to showcase your expertise with Umbraco, .NET Core (3.1 ideal) and show off your knowledge of JavaScript frameworks. There will be occasions where you are speaking directly with the customer, so having these regular interactions shouldn't faze you.
If you're Umbraco Certified, then that'd be ideal! If you haven't got Umbraco experience, but do have exposure to other CMS (Sitecore, EpiServer or Kentico etc) then this would also be great.
Interviews are happening via Zoom, so if you'd be interested in speaking about the role, please get in touch with Jack Leeming at Optima today!
Don't worry if you haven't got an updated CV, we'll worry about that later
