Multi-Trader
Location: Various sites across Essex and the South East
Salary: Negotiable (depending on skills and experience)
About the Company:
E. J. Taylor & Sons is a family run Civil Engineering and Construction Company based in Essex. Established in 1963 we are committed to providing high standards of workmanship and a great working environment for highly motivated people who have a desire to do the job well. Our Remedial Works department is looking for a Multi-Trader to join the team and hit the ground running.
Main Responsibilities
* Visit clients to complete planned and reactive maintenance and repairs/work
* A variety of trades including decorating, carpentry and joinery, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering.
* To liaise closely with Contract Managers and the team to ensure work is completed to spec.
* To follow and maintain health and safety requirements.
About you:
* Experienced Multi-trader
* Full driving licence
* Must have your own tools
* Flexible and adaptable
* NVQ in a relevant trade
* CSCS card an advantage
