I'm looking for a Senior/Lead Developer who'd be interested in building and leading a remote development team.
Their office is in Yorkshire (don't worry, it's remote) and they specialise in developing a range of print media for the hospitality sector. As you can imagine, they've had a tough 12 months, but have some ambitious plans in place which are ready to go, after being put on ice during the pandemic.
Initially, you'll be completely hands-on, developing a number of new projects, some of which are completely stand-alone. But you'd be leading the charge as they look to introduce some more modern technologies into their products - at the moment, their tech stack is: ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL/T-SQL and jQuery, all hosted on Azure.
You won't have the benefit of walking into a well-established team from day one, you'll be working closely with a hands-on Tech Director, who's looking for somebody who he can build a team around.
This being said, you'll benefit from actually being able to influence processes and lay foundations that work best for you, whilst building a team of your choice and having a range of projects for you to sink your teeth into.
The role pays GBP40,000-GBP50,000, with initial interviews kicking off next week.
