Are you fantastic at managing risk?

Could you support the delivery of risk management across the group?

You'll join a team managing estate agency risk and a variety of other risks across the different parts of the group including central support functions. Varied locations: LEIGHTON BUZZARD/MILTON KEYNES/REMOTE

The purpose of the role is to gather, review and analyse risk information such as risk events data and risk appetite metrics. This data is reviewed/analysed monthly to help understand the status of the risks and whether any actions are needed to address the risk.

The role isn't necessarily to analyse any particular risk, it's more about supporting the risk team with activities that allows all risks to be managed effectively.

Your experience and skills will include:

• A team player, with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality written work and reporting.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Numeracy, accuracy and well developed IT skills (word/excel)
• Ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines.
• Previous experience of risk management would be beneficial but is not essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare monthly risk appetite metrics reporting
• Record monthly risk events in risk management system
• Support risk managers with Key Risk Profile review updates
• Assist with the preparation of risk reporting and MI packs for relevant committees
• Assist with the completion of annual corporate governance processes and updating manuals.
• Maintain an action tracker to help ensure audit actions are completed by the target dates.
• Support risk managers with controls testing activity
