We have a fantastic opportunity with a boutique independent agent based in Halesworth, dealing with some of the areas most stunning and interesting properties

My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator ready to hit the ground running and join an already successful team.

The ideal person for the role would have good local knowledge and have a genuine interest to work and progress with a very forward thinking company.

The company is going from strength to strength and due to continued success are looking for an experienced agent to help drive their business further.

They offer a great package with a basic salary around GBP20,000 depending on experience with individual commision taking the OTE to GBP30,000 plus.

The company also offer flexible working particularly on Saturdays and all staff are provided with laptops.

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (in Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous Experience as a Sales Negotiator (essential)
• Excellent sales ability
• A high level of customer service skills
• Extremely good telephone manner with a postive attitude
• Well presented, pride in apperance, ambitious and self motivated
• Full driving license required and own car essential
• Professional approach to Estate Agency
• Good knowledge of the local area advantageous
