Lettings Negotiator

A new opportunity has arisen with my clients, an estate agency based in the Oldham area, who are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

The position will require a highly organised individual with experience within the Lettings industry, as well as, a full UK driving licence with access to own car. This is a diverse role therefore our clients are seeking a good all-rounder with the ability to carry out the following tasks:

• Attending Viewings within Residential Sales and Lettings
• Providing Feedback to Vendors and Landlords
• Dealing with tenancy deposits
• Check Ins
• Check outs
• Assisting with Inventories

Working hours:

• As a Lettings Negotiator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Our clients are closed on Saturdays however require alternate Sunday working between 9am and 1pm.

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator the following:

• A basic salary of GBP18,000
• On target earnings of GBP21,000
• Pension scheme
• Extremely generous holiday entitlement.
