HR Officer / HR Senior Advisor / HR Manager - South Wales & East Midlands & Remote Working - Up to GBP40,000 per annum plus fuel allowance
Job Title : HR Senior Advisor
Salary : GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 per annum plus fuel allowance
Hours : Full Time, Monday to Friday
Location : Cwmbran & Daventry & remote working.
To Start : ASAP.
Contract : Permanent
Key Skills : CIPD Qualified, previous manufacturing or production industry experienced, Management of HR projects, High Level & complex case work, Extensive HR Experienced.

The HR Officer / HR Senior Advisor / HR Manager will be a crucial role to lead and roll out HR projects work on Complex and high level cases and will be working on a remote bases as well as working in their South Wales and East Midlands site.
The HR Officer / HR Senior Advisor / HR Manager will overall see you carrying out duties such as :
Covering Complex / High Level Case work or escalations including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
Change management including restructuring and redundancies in some cases
Line Manager training on HR procedures and Policies
Succession planning meetings
Training plans
New Starter Inductions
Talent Initiatives
This highly involved HR Officer / HR Senior Advisor / HR Manager will have a need for you to hold extensive experience within a higher level HR position. The HR Officer / HR Senior Advisor / HR Manager will have a need to be CIPD qualified and will be able to build effective relationships with Line managers within the business.
