The Operations Change Delivery Analyst will play a key role in ensuring all change initiatives impacting Operations are delivered into the Operation on time and on budget. This role will focus on the people element of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, training, communication and quality assurance


  • Assess all change impacting Operations through robust impact assessments and business readiness criteria, identifying and managing implementation strategies, and assessing risks
  • Support Operations in requirement gathering for upcoming change
  • Support Operations in preparing for change, consulting with staff at all levels on any people, process and cultural impacts
  • Build a robust impact assessment process within Operations
  • Build clear Operations Delivery Plans based on realistic planning assumptions, clearly articulating the critical requirements to implementation
  • Maintain all Operations change documentation, and produce Operational change MI
  • Drive the implementation of the required changes against clear business acceptance criteria, such as processes, operational MI, user acceptance testing, training and communication
  • Coordinate transition activities to create stability within Operations post change, and develop a 'Learn & Refine' process to provide continuous improvement in change adoption
  • Working closely with Change Delivery to understand the change runway and provide visibility of the impacts to the Operations team

Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record in delivering change into an operational environment
  • Good Financial Services product knowledge is important but not essential
  • Extensive experience of working within operations, ideally across either Customer Service, Collections or Fraud
  • Relevant Change qualifications are desirable
  • Demonstrated experience using Jira
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
