The Sales Assistant role:

You ARE making a difference. You will support a high profile outbound campaign assisting with a variety of solutions tailored to each customer. You will need to ensure that you can relay precise and accurate information in a clear and concise way, and stay up to date with changes.

What will the role involve?

• Managing a high volume of outbound calls

• You will be dealing with a large range of diverse people. You will show excellent communication skills.

• Tailor the solutions available to the customer's needs

• Maintain confidentiality in regards to personal data in accordance to the data protection act.

• A proactive and competitive spirit towards targets

Previous sales experience in Broadband, Utilities, Home Security is preferred, but not necessary. At Hornet Global Communications we provide full training. We accept candidates from a variety of backgrounds, with the opportunity to develop your skills and further your career.
