A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our expanding team, working within our prestigious offices in Surbiton.

It is an exciting time to join the Marketing and Business Development Team at EMCOR UK. You will be at the heart of delivering integrated marketing activities to build brand recognition, deliver brand value, attract market qualified leads and support commercial growth for EMCOR UK.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a confident communicator, develop and lead multiple projects and have a proven track record in delivering high-quality integrated marketing campaigns.
The primary focus of the role is to provide high-quality external marketing through events, campaign management, PR, digital marketing, content creation, copywriting and creative development Duties / Responsibilities:

Development and execution of the external marketing plan and content calendar to drive engagement, conversion rates and commercial revenue in line with the strategic marketing plan
Creation and delivery of integrated external marketing activities and campaigns that promote the EMCOR UK brand, vision and values, products and services
Generation of marketing qualified leads, in support of customer growth and retention targets
Report on campaign performance, to improve subsequent campaigns and return on investment
Writing and development of engaging, good quality content (such as case studies, white papers, articles, podcasts), that promote brand-focused messages to targeted customer segments
Supporting the Head of Marketing with day-to-day management of the EMCOR UK website and LinkedIn account, including co-ordination of published content with the US marketing team
Engagement of key audiences, within chosen sectors, with the timely delivery of relevant and compelling marketing messages
Liaison with a complex network of stakeholders, and active collaboration with colleagues across the business, to champion and promote the EMCOR UK brand
Day-to-day co-ordination of the work of external partner agencies (design, PR, digital)
Working with the Head of Marketing and Customer Solutions Director, to identify key data segments within the CRM system to target with direct marketing activity
Working with the Head of Marketing and Customer Solutions Director, support with the introduction of marketing automation software into the business, developing new processes and workflows
Working with Head of Marketing and the wider team, to review and implement marketing processes, to improve efficiency and set framework for working with marketing
Developing and organising (with internal stakeholders) highly engaging EMCOR UK hosted events supporting company themes, such as Know How event series
Monitoring campaign budgets and contributing to the annual marketing strategic plan
Supporting the Head of Marketing with crisis communications when required
Ensuring that all activities and communications are consistent in their tone of voice, look and feel and quality and adhere to the EMCOR UK brand and corporate guidelines Other factors relevant to the role:

There will be some UK-wide travel with occasional overnight stays depending on the distance from Surbiton / home of the candidate and the needs of the business. It is anticipated more so during the induction period.

Person Specification

Degree educated or equivalent degree (ideally in Marketing, Business or English)
Eligible to live and work in the UK (under current UK immigration rules)
5+ years integrated B2B marketing experience, client or agency side (campaign management, creative development, copywriting, idea generation and good design judgement)
Confident self-starter with fresh ideas and creativity to drive marketing forward
Strong problem solving and project management skills and an ability to work with budgets, agencies and manage key internal stakeholders
Results-driven with the ability to be both creative and analytical
Experience in campaign planning from conception through to completion, including the development of campaign briefs and value propositions
Proven evidence of strong content creation and copywriting
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with and influence multiple stakeholders at varying levels
Track record as a highly collaborative and flexible team-player who welcomes the opportunity to work with others to identify opportunities and solutions
Expertise of engaging audiences with targeted messaging, and a broad knowledge of models, tools and techniques to drive communications best practice
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, and experience of using CRM and marketing automation systems (preferably Salesforce and Pardot)
Ability to work autonomously and with a strong work ethic
Planned and organised, with excellent attention to detail and proofing own work
Flexible and adaptable to new challenges and able to work under pressure
An expert voice within the team, generating and sharing new content ideas
A strong advocate and voice for marketing across the business

Full driving licence desirable
